Your Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer AC Substation to join a major project in the energy sector. You will work on the construction of offshore high-voltage infrastructure, ensuring the technical coordination of on-site activities, quality monitoring, resolution of technical issues, and collaboration with engineering and construction teams as well as external partners.

The profile we are looking for

• Engineering degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience on multidisciplinary construction sites.
• Experience in the offshore sector is an asset.
• Experience in quality (Quality Control/Quality Assurance) on site is a plus.
• VCA VOL/SCC certificate for supervisor.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Aconex is an asset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure technical follow-up of the works.
• Team spirit, organisational skills and excellent communication.
• Strong safety and quality orientation.
• Fluent English required. Dutch is an asset.

Additional information

• Location: Schiedam and/or Vlissingen (Netherlands), with occasional trips to Brussels.
• Employment: Full time.
• Way of working: On-site presence 5 days per week.
